Beautiful skin with Skin Authority

I know its been a while since I have blogged. Sometimes you just have to take a break. Or find something you want to blog about.  Today's post is because I found something amazing to blog about.  I have been trying out a new skin product and love it! Skin Authority is my new go to skin care line!
Skin Authority

Here in Idaho it is cold and dry with 9 months of it.  My skin takes a beating and I still break out like a 16 year old girl!  I have tried everything. It is so frustrating.  I like the all natural approach to most things, especially skin care but I will try almost anything to soften up my skin and get rid of acne.  So when asked to try Skin Authority I gladly accepted!

Super Hero Dress Ups and Costume

A few months ago I hosted a yard sale for a Youth Fundraiser.  One of the donations was a simple super hero cape made by a neighbor who had passed away.  Her family were cleaning out the house and decided to donate the old dress ups.  I was totally intrigues by the simplicity of these capes and just had to recreate them in an updated version.  So I began figure out the designs I wanted and how I would put them together.  So today I will share how I made the basic cape and over the next couple of weeks I will share the individual images I made for each super hero. So First up is Spiderman!
I will start with the basic cape that is used for all versions.

Turkey Table Kids coloring page

I decided to post a little last minute Thanksgiving fun today.  A week ago I posted this over and Whatever Dee Dee Wants.  SO today you get it from me.  It's Quick and easy and it will make the kids happy!!
Every year when I was little, my grandmother would set up a kids table for all the grand kids at Thanksgiving and Christmas. We would all sit around and wait for dinner to be served. I would have loved having a coloring and puzzle page to color while I waited for dinner to start.  So for my kiddos this year I made them a coloring place mat.  Just like the kids get when you go to a restaurant.  I added this adorable turkey crayon holder for the table decorations and voile. Your kids table is ready for those hungry kids!

For added decoration you could make my Turkey Crayon Holder. Give your kids a little something to do while you get Turkey dinner on the table!

Every year growing up for TThanksgiving we had a kids table.  All the cousins would be there and we would just have fun visiting and playing together for the holiday.  I though for this year I would make something cute and useable for our kids table.  So I came up with this adorable Turkey Crayon holder.  It makes and adorable center piece and holds your kiddos crayons for something to do.  Watch for my kids activity page to go with it in a couple weeks!  Just in time for the Turkey!

Craft Room Organizing - Craft Supplies Board

I desperately needed a way to organize my most used supplies. As a Craft/ Sewing blogger I can be a bit of a hoarder.  You just never know when you are going to need something.  Or you have to have twine in every color!   So I came up with this beauty.  It is functional, adorable and super easy to make. I did have to call on my neighbor to borrow a saw but you could just make is a rectangle too and it would be awesome!

Spiced Banana Bread, 5 Ingredients

A few weeks ago I shared this recipe on Girl and a glue gun.  Today you can find it right here!
So today I decided to share a family favorite of ours. It is a super easy recipe that everyone will enjoy.  I always seem to have bananas lying.  So you would think we would make bread all the time. But it just takes so much time!  So I started thinking about what could I do to simplify the process and have it taste delish? A few months ago I share a 5 ingredient Pumpkin bread recipe.  So I decided to mix up the ingredients  and turn it into a Spiced Banana Bread.  This stuff is super scrumptious.  Your kids will gobble it down in a few minutes.  It would also make a delicious treat for your neighbor. Just wrap it up and tie it in a bow.
