Lately I have been working on a ton of projects. I just haven't finished one. So when A girlfriend showed me a necklace she recently bought for over $50.
The necklace is adorable. I loved the bright colors. But the price... Not so much. I thought is looked super simple to make so I decided to give it a try. Everyone has seen the simple bubble gum necklaces. These are just as adorable and reusable!

Gold Tinted Mercury Glass DIY
I love the look of mercury glass. I have seen it all over in the store. It gives home decor that vintage feel. I thought it would be fun to have some mercury glass mixed into my Holiday decor and with gold coming back in I thought I would try my hand at gold tinted mercury glass.

How to make Grapevine Ball Decorations
I have this crafty friend. She makes all kinds of great things on a whim. Every time I go to her house she has something new to show me. She is super talented at painting and jewelry making. (Both things not my strong point.) But one day I saw these cool grapevine orbs. She has 2 of them sitting on her porch. The first question out of my mouth, "Where did you get those?" They were truly amazing. Then she preceded to tell me she made them. My heart stopped knowing I was unable to make them because the snow had already begun to fall. So no more grapevines for the season. So I kept this beautiful spheres in the back of my mind until fall.
So this year I have been anticipating this project! I visited family who had grapes and harvested the vines myself and a few grapes too!

They were the perfect colors for a spring bracelet. Add a little of this and a little of that and voile you have some funky bright colored bracelets for summer! Check out how I did them.

Easy DIY Knit Headband
I was at Joann's the other day. There were 2 teenage girls buying knit fabric. I asked them what they were going to make. They showed me a headband they had purchased and figured they could make them. So I took a look at the headband, gave them a few sewing tips and off they went to make their headbands. I started thinking and decided to make a few of my own. These headband are super simple. And stylish too. I have even teamed up with Ashley over at Flats to Flip Flops to show you how to fashion your head band.

Girls Inspiration Collage Wall + Free Printable
I have been working on a little something for my daughter. Growing up is tough. I want her to have strong role models that lift her up and make her feel good about herself, to always look for the good, have courage, know that beauty is not everything and when hard times come, to know that she can do it.
I love collage walls. So I decided to combine my collage wall with a few inspirational quotes. The collage wall will serve as daily reminder of what she is capable of.

Modge Podge Photo Transfer {Vintage Sign}

Modge Podge Photo transfer. After watching a video on the product, I was instantly in love. This stuff can turn any fabric, metal, glass or wood into a craft dream, transfer any photo copied picture into a beautiful art piece. After debating ideas in my head I decided on a sign. I needed a great photo and spot to place it. It's a good thing I have bloggy friends who love creative things in their homes. Andie from MaybeIwill.com had the perfect spot for me. Her little boys room was in need of a funky Vintage piece of art. Here is what I came up with.
